Scenic Valley is an emerging neighborhood in a serene, tree-lined area with countryside views. Lots in this community range in size from a quarter of an acre to a full acre, and some homesites allow for a full walk-out basement. There are 45 homesites available in the first phase of construction and you can bring your own builder. The community will eventually have nearly 100 single family homesites. New construction homes are available in this community, with three to four bedrooms and 1,600 to 2,300 square feet of living space. Both ranch and two-story options are available. Some homes have a three car garage! Buyers can choose their own finishings depending on the phase of construction. Main level living spaces are well appointed with 9’ tall ceilings, a gas fireplace, and an open floor plan. Kitchens will have upgraded features like stainless steel appliances, large breakfast bars or islands, and solid surface countertops. Some floorplans feature the option for a breakfast nook in the kitchen as well as a separate dining room. Master bedrooms have a large walk-in closet and a spacious ensuite master bathroom with double sinks. Secondary bedrooms have their own large closets. A functional first-floor mudroom and laundry room help to keep the rest of the house tidy. Homes feature nice decks and front porches that are great for enjoying the serene community.
