At Mad City Dream Homes we have a clear set of home-selling philosophies. Here's a quick intro to our approach.

Preparation

The actions you take and the decisions you make early on in the process determine your overall experience with your sale. You'll experience a smooth and profitable sale when we work together on these 5 important fundamentals:

  3. Following the advice of our professional stager
  4. Using professional photographers for all of your visual media

We're huge believers in customization, so we tailor our approach according to your unique property and your individual needs. Prior to beginning our work, we outline all of our recommendations for you and create a marketing plan that is customized for your home.  

Hands-on support

We're by your side for your home repairs, cosmetic updates, and staging -- and helping you make good decisions every step of the way.  

Communication 

We're in constant contact with you, so you always feel that you are receiving the updates, information, and the advice you need throughout your entire home-selling experience. We're continually seeking your input, too, so you always feel supported and understood. 

Attention to detail 

The fine details matter. Your staging, photography, marketing, pricing, and negotiation -- all of it matters. We're fully present with every aspect of your sale, and fully committed to helping you experience exceptional results

Advocating for your best interests is one of our most important jobs. We're here to help you negotiate a great price and a clean offer from a qualified and committed buyer. 

Short listing contracts and a promise

We won't ever lock you into a long listing contract. And if for any reason you're not satisfied with our work, we will agree to end our listing agreement.

Regardless of what's in the fine print, we always strive to do the right thing. This means having high standards and exercising good judgement, and being responsible and ethical professionals.
